Bird Ballet

A Cambridge professor has worked with a dance company to create a ballet inspired by the mating rituals of birds. Clare College fellow Professor Nicky Clayton is part of the Department of Experimental Psychology. She told The Cambridge News: "A large part of my life is spent dancing - ballet, jazz and particularly Latin dance like salsa and tango. Of course, birds dance too...Some male birds have dancing skills that rival even the most impressive of professional dancers."
