It was a triumphant 10 days out on the slopes of the French Alps. The skiing Varsity race is the oldest skiiing team race in history, its inception dating back to 1922. Cambridge secured a magnificent Blues double, just days after the men and women lifted trophies at Twickenham.

However, for the vast majority, the trip was not the cauldron of a Varsity tie, but a picturesque alpine escape. Slaloming, snowboarding and tumbling down the slopes of Tignes, Oxbridge students had quite the week...
